This 5-part workshop series offers deeper restorative practices for addressing conflict and harm in youth-serving contexts. Each workshop is standalone, though together they create a comprehensive exploration of Tier 2 restorative approaches. Participants will examine the impact of trauma and neurological development on behavior, practice tools for harm and impact circles, restorative conferencing, and re-entry circles, and explore trauma-informed strategies for intervention.
Note: Tier 2 is best suited for participants who have some familiarity with Tier 1 practices (such as restorative communication or circle-keeping).
