Each workshop is standalone and mix-and-match, giving participants the flexibility to choose the topics most relevant to their context. Whether you’re new to restorative practices or ready to deepen your expertise, our trainings provide practical tools, circle-based strategies, and trauma-informed approaches to create safe, inclusive, and connected environments.Participants may also earn graduate-level credit through our partnership with the University of the Pacific by combining workshops with pre-work and reflection assignments.

Tier 1: Building Restorative Relationships & Communities

Whether you’re curious about restorative practices or ready to go deeper, our workshops meet you where you are. Attend a single session to gain practical tools, or stack multiple workshops together for expanded growth and long-term impact.
Description:
Our six 2 hour Tier 1 trainings provides the foundation for implementing restorative justice in schools and organizations. Participants learn how to foster trust, strengthen relationships, and create inclusive environments through proactive circles, community agreements, and restorative communication strategies.

Tier 2: Harm Repair & Restorative Behavioral Interventions
Learn tools to respond to conflict with care and accountability.
Go beyond prevention and learn how to repair harm when things go wrong. This 5-part, stand-alone series explores trauma and brain development, harm/impact circles, restorative conferencing, re-entry circles, and trauma-informed interventions—so you can address behavior without defaulting to punishment. Join any single session or build a tailored learning path.

Educators, administrators, counselors, and community practitioners ready to implement restorative responses to harm.
How to earn 1 credit with the University of the Pacific?
- Option A: 5 workshops (10 hrs) + 5 hrs independent coursework = 15 hrs
- Option B: 4 workshops (8 hrs) + 7 hrs independent coursework = 15 hrs
- Option C: 3 workshops (6 hrs) + 9 hrs independent coursework = 15 hrs

Racial Literacy & Restorative Practices: Exploring Race, Power, and Oppression through a Restorative Lens
Build awareness. Reduce harm. Practice repair.
Deepen your capacity to recognize and respond to racial and intersectional harm in youth-serving spaces. Each stand-alone, 2-hour workshop focuses on a key facet—racial identity, systemic racism, ableism, sexism & gender bias, classism—and culminates in trauma-informed restorative responses and action planning. Come for one topic or complete the arc.

Educators, equity leaders, nonprofit staff, and community members committed to dismantling systemic racism.

Circle Support Group
Focus: Support circle practice & cultivate a professional community.
Description:
Circle Support Groups provide a safe and supportive space for practitioners to strengthen their restorative skills. Through regular circle practice, peer exchange, and facilitated reflection, participants build confidence and deepen their capacity to lead restorative processes in real-world settings.
