partners who contribute their skills to advance restorative justice in schools and communities.

Wendy Harbert

(she/her) 

In addition to her insurance work, Wendy is deeply committed to nonprofit development and organizational sustainability. With a knack for translating bureaucratic language into clear, manageable processes, she shares, “Paperwork is my superpower. When I help others handle the bureaucracy and confusing language, they can stay focused on what really matters: the mission.” 

Wendy Harbert brings over 12 years of expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, with a specialized focus on supporting nonprofits and social service organizations. As a trusted advisor at DHW Insurance Brokers, LLC, based in Walnut Creek, CA, Wendy works remotely from her home in Santa Cruz to help mission-driven organizations navigate the complexities of risk management and coverage.
