Where we come from matters.
Lineage, history, and relationship shape the work.
What sustains the work lives beneath the surface.
TTP Global grew from a simple belief — that communities heal when relationships do.
This work is rooted in California — in the schools, organizations, and communities of the Bay Area and beyond where we have trained educators, mediated conflict, and supported young people for years. That foundation is what makes everything else possible.
And it has always moved across borders. From schools in Aotearoa to communities in East Africa, from classrooms in Japan to villages in Cameroon — the practice has been global in its learning, even when it was local in its roots.
Today TTP Global works with schools, organizations, and communities through restorative justice training, restorative conflict mediation, youth mentorship, equity-informed facilitation, and trauma-informed somatic practice.
Everything we do is grounded in the Restorative Ecological Model (REM) — a framework that understands communities as living systems: interconnected, layered, and capable of regeneration when the conditions are right.
Dr. Sherry Congrave Wilson, Founder & Lead Practitioner, TTP Global LLC.
We partner with schools, organizations, and communities to build the
conditions for repair, accountability, and lasting relationships.
Restorative Justice Training
We provide training for educators, leaders, and community members to build the skills needed to facilitate restorative practices with confidence and care.
Tier 1 — Community Building
Tier 2 — Harm Repair
Tier 3 — Re-entry
Restorative Conflict Mediation
We support individuals and groups in navigating harm, conflict, and breakdown in relationship through structured, facilitated restorative processes. This work creates space for accountability, repair, and meaningful reintegration.
Youth Mentorship & Creative Practice
We work with young people through a combination of restorative practice, creative expression, and relational mentorship. Our current youth mentorship work is anchored in Fostering New Futures — a partnership with Lehigh University supporting Transition Age Youth aging out of the foster care system.
Equity-Informed Facilitation
We design and facilitate spaces that center equity, cultural awareness, and relational accountability. This includes work with staff, leadership teams, and communities navigating complexity, difference, and change.
Trauma-Informed Somatic Practice
We integrate body-based practices that support regulation, awareness, and sustainable engagement in restorative work.
